SOP Checklist

Starter Copy:
Any efficient SOP needs a checklist at its core. Let’s take a look at onboarding a new client, for example.

This checklist should be a step-by-step process of what needs to be done to onboard or invite your new client into your business, in the exact order of what needs to be done, and who needs to do what.

You will know that your checklist is complete when you have everything you need to manage your relationship with your new client successfully.

This includes:
✅client background information
✅invoicing information
✅contact info for all points of contact
✅desired communication level
✅and preferred communication channels.

This information will help make sure that both you and your new client have a smooth onboarding process!

It’s important to create SOPs that are clear and concise so that anyone can follow them. This way, if you’re not available, your team can still take care of the onboarding process.

Promotional: Do you have an onboarding process and SOP established? If not, invite your audience to work with you to create one.
