Processes before Systems

Starter Copy:
Do you hear all this talk about processes and systems? Is there even a difference?
Yes, why yes there is, but both terms are complimentary to each other and depend on each other for optimal efficiency.

Processes come first!

Start creating your processes by gathering all of the information related to the task at hand. This may include written instructions, diagrams, or video clips. Be as specific as possible and include images or screenshots when necessary!

Now you can take this information and format it into a scalable, repeatable procedure, making this your SOP or Standard Operating Procedure.

When your process is created, then you can use the support of different types of software systems or project management tools to actually execute your SOP.
