Org. Chart Review

Post Intention:
If you are following the given order of the posts, we’ve introduced the year end review and needing KPIs/Metrics to have data to determine what you need to review and plan for. We are going to move into reviewing the people in our business (or that of our client’s businesses), specifically in relation to the organizational chart.

People. Processes. Technology.

As a business owner, it’s important to take a step back every once in a while and consider the three operational realms that are constantly at play in your company: people, processes, and technology. Each one requires reflection in order to maintain a sustainable level of growth.

Let’s look at the people in your business, specifically your team.

As you review the different areas of your business this year’s end, do you have the right people in the right roles, with the correct responsibilities?

You have a great team, but you may be wondering if everyone is in the right role to best utilize their strengths? Maybe someone would be better suited for a different task that would play more to their strengths?
Things are falling through the cracks and team members may find themselves doing things outside of their scope just to make sure projects are completed on time.

Whatever your answers to these questions, when you review your organizational design chart and map of your current day organization you can make the necessary adjustments accordingly.

You can:
Make sure you have the people who will take care of all the tasks that you do not want to hold onto.
Create an action plan to fill vacant roles for the expectations you have yet to meet.

Send Off:
Non-promotional (perhaps in a group or if you don’t want a direct call to action):
Have you thought of these questions for your team and their roles? Let me know in the comments below if you are going to take action on reviewing your people strategy!

Promotional (posting to your page, group, or profile; direct, promotional call to action):
[Your Company] is all about taking inventory of what’s working, and then finding the gaps and hidden opportunities to help businesses improve. We work with CEOs to revise roles and responsibilities within their team in order to support them with their people strategy. Send us a message to get started.

Stock photos of a team, hands in a circle, handshakes, organizational design charts

Story Suggestions:
Use a simple emoji reaction sticker and ask if things are falling through the cracks or if team members are out of scope just to get things done. Reach out to anyone who slides the sticker all the way and strike up a conversation.

Note: Be sure to insert into the copy any specific offer/promotion/resource that you have in your business pertaining to this topic (i.e masterclass, freebie, live training, service/product. Make the copy more unique to you and how you can support your current and prospective clients!
