Many business owners will be in the mindset of completing their end of year review and getting set up to start strategic planning come the new year. Did your sales representatives have a quota of new business they needed to generate each quarter? By tracking their progress against this quota, you can get a good idea of how well they are performing.

How about those marketing KPIs?
Are you seeing results from your search engine optimization or social media platforms? Marketing is another crucial area in business to monitor to determine where your marketing campaigns are most effective. Review those KPIs to help you understand which platforms work best for your business and where you should continue to invest your ad spend.

These are just a few realms within your business that you need to review.
